EVALUATION PROCESS

The evaluation process begins with a desk-based analysis. A team of analysts visits your institution and its branches. A "Closing Meeting" with Management sets forth the preliminary findings. The complete process takes about one month.

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS

    • Requesting and processing of the basic information necessary for the evaluation.

    • Coordination with the designated staff in order to agree on the logistics of the visit.

VIRTUAL EVALUATION

    • A team of analysts visits financial institutions main office and some branch offices.

    • Meeting agenda coordination with the financial institution.

DEBRIEFING MEETING

    • A face-to-face meeting takes place with senior managers of the institution.

    • The conversation revolves around the main findings of the evaluation team.

DRAFT ELABORATION

    • Development of the draft at MicroRate offices.

FINAL REPORT RELEASE

    • Sending of the final version of the report.

    • At this stage of the process, the assigned rating is disclosed.
